cauliflower 500 gms cut into equal size florets
hung curd half cup
carom seeds 1tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
kasoori methi(dry fenugreek leaves) 1 tbsp
garlic minced 1 tsp
cornflour 2 tbsp
salt and chilly to taste
method
boil water in pan add little salt to it put cauliflower in it and let it rest for 5 minutes take out and dry kitchen towel..mix spices in another bowl add cauliflower mix well so it get coated evenly. preheat oven at 200dgree c , place florets on rack and roast for 20-25 minutes..take out and serve with pudina chutney...
