CHEESE FINGERS


Cottage cheese 200gms
bread crumbs ½ cup
Maida 2tbsp cup
Corn flour -2 tsp
black Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method
Cut paneer into fingers, Mix maida, corn flour, black pepper, salt, make batter , it shouldn’t be thick like pakoras,dip the paneer fingers in batter, roll on bread crumbs, fry and serve hot with chuttney/ sauce
