CHILLI PANEER

CHILLI PANEER
500 gm Paneer cubed
4 tbsp Corn Flour
Green chilli 2 jalapenos
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp aji-no-moto
Oil for frying
2 Green Capsicum (chopped)
2 big Onions chopped in big chunks

Mix Paneer with corn flour fry it in kadai till it become brown.
In a separate kadai, fry onions till transulant, Cut green chilli into small pieces and add it to fried onion. Then put capsicum and fry it for 5min,add aji-no-moto mix well Add Fried Paneer to it, then add tomato/chill/soya sauce into kadai. Add salt also and stir it for 3/4 mints.
