Raw mango 500 gms
1tsp saunf(Fennel seeds
1/2tsp zeera(Cumin
1tsp methidana Fenugreek seed
1/4kaloni(onion seeds
1/2Ajwain
1 tspn red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tspn Black pepper powder
1/2 cup sugar/ gurh
1 tbsp mustard oil
Recipe
peel and choppe the mango roughly in small pieces.Heat 1 and add sauf, zeera methidana ajwain andkaloni, when crackle and chopped mango ,cover and let it cook for 5 min.Then add red chili powder, salt and black pepper powder cook for another 2-3 min , now add sugar or jaggery and some water.Let it cook for 10 min or until fully cooked.keep steering in between. serve with pratha , roti etc ..can keep refrigerate for several weeks.....
