POTATO HALWA


Potatoes, boiled ,mashed 500gms
Sugar 200gms
Pure ghee 5 tbsp
Cardamom powder.1 tsp
milk 1/2 cup
almond, cashew nut, sliced coconut, raisin, any of the dry fruit of your choice 1/2 cup.

Heat ghee in a nonstick pan. Now add the mashed potato and saute on medium heat.keep steering. and cook for10 minutes it will change colour and turn light brown. Add sugar and milk and keep stirring till it starts leaving the sides of the pan . Now add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits,Mix well and serve hot.
