ALOO AUR CHHUNALI KA SAAG (HIMACHALI CUISINE)

ALOO AUR CHHUNALI KA SAAG
3-4 small bunches of chhunali saag( watercress) , washed and chopped
2medium potatoes peeled and cut into small cubes
3 cloves of garlic cut in big pieces
3 red chillies broken in pieces
2 tbsp mustard oil

Heat oil in a pan. add potatoes fry potatoes till golden remove and keep aside .Add chilies when little dark add garlic to the same oil,saute for 30 till light brown, add saag potatoes and salt, mix well and cook covered for about 7-8 mins.or till potatoes are done to mushy texture. serve hot.
