MOOLI KI SABJI


2 medium mooli with leaves (reddish)500gms
2tbsp mustard oil
pinch of heeng
2 red chilies broken in halves
1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp amchoor(dry mango powder
salt to taste

wash peel mooli and chop in to small pieces remove the hard stems and chop the leaves finely. heat oil in a pan add heeng and chili when chili turns brown add mooli with leaves salt turmeric mix well and cook covered on low heat till half done then add amchoor mix and again cook till done steering in between.sever with roti or pratha.
