SESAME SEED RICE

FAVORITE LEFTOVER BOILED RICE RECIPE
SESAME SEED RICE
RICE 1 cup
heeng a bige pinch
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 2 tsp
Til (Sesame) oil - 2 tsp
shakkar (grated jaggery - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 5-6 ( broken into pieces)
15-20 curry leaves
lemon juice 1tsp
till White sesame seeds - 100 gms
salt to taste
Dry roast the white sesame seeds and grind to a fine powder.
In a kadai, add the oil. When it becomes hot, add the mustard seeds, urad dal and red chilli When the seeds splutters add heeng and curry leaves add the rice, salt lemon juice shakkar and sesame seeds powder and mix well till it blends together and a nice aroma of the comes. serve hot with papad.....
