BANANA KABAB FOR VRAT
1 kg raw banana
300 g potatoes
30 g oil,
10 g cumin seed
¼ tsp black pepper
5-6 green chillies
A small piece of ginger
50 g green coriander
50 g dry fruits (chashew nuts, apricoat, raisins or any nut of your choice)
50 g khoya
Sendha namak to taste
chop dry fruits finely and mix with khoya keep aside. Peel and chop ginger, green chilli and green coriander.
Boil raw banana and potatoes, peel, mash and mix it well add pepper powder and salt to taste. Chop the ginger, green chillies, green coriander and mix well with above mixture. Divide the mixture into equal portions and stuff with dry fruits and khoya mixture.Give the shape of kababs,and shallow fry in a pan serve hot with vrat ki chuttney........
