AALOO TUK

Aloo tuk
3-4 medium size potatoes peel and cut into thick pieces or use baby potatoes ust peel them only
oil for frying
salt pepper and amchoor as per taste.....you can use chaat masaala as well
boil potaoes or wedges in salted water for 5 minutes, drain them properly , heat oil in a frying pan fry potatoes for 3-4 mins then drain them on kitchen towel, cover them with another kitchen towel and lightly press with your palms, then again fry them till golden brown,, drain on absorbent paper to remove extra oil sprinkle salt pepper and amchoor or chaat masaala serve hot.....
