METHI MUTHIYA
1 cup chopped methi leaves
1/2 cup besan
1/2 cup corn flour/ plain flour
1/2 cup sooji
1/2 tsp haldi
1/4 tsp soda bicarbonate
1/2 tsp each zeera, saunf,ajwain
1tbsp oil
on pinch heeng
salt and chili to taste
oil for frying
for tempering
1 tbsp oil 15-20 curry leavea
rai 1tsp
mix together all the ingredients except oil for frying and make a smooth dough adding little water at one time. make sausages kind rolls of one inch thickness ..steam the rolls for 20 minutes in a steamer . then cut into half inch pieces .heat 1tbsp oil in kadhai add rai when starts crackling add curry leaves saute for few seconds then add muthhiya and mix well serve with chutney.
for fried muthiya
heat oil for frying ...fry steamed and cut mutthiya till golden brown and serve with any dip of your choice...............
