CHAAT MASALA


10 gms dry mint leaves
black pepper 1tsp
red pepper 1tsp
anaar dana(pomegranate seeds) 1tsp
amchoor 4tsp
zeera roasted(cumin seed) 4tsp
heeng 2 pinches
salt 50 gms
black salt 50 gms

powder them together
