LEFT OVER CHAPATI NOODLES
Left over chapatti 6 cut into thin strips
 1 tbsp refined oil
 1 tsp Chopped garlic
2 green chilies chopped finely
 1 Sliced onion
  Sliced Carrots
 Sliced green pepper
 Shredded cabbage
1 tsp Tomato ketchup 
 1 tsp Red chili sauce
  1/2 tsp Soy Sauce

  1/2 tsp vinegar
¼ tsp Aino-motto (optional)
 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste

Heat  oil in a pan on medium ,add chopped garlic and saute it for 30 secs  add chopped chilies add sliced onion and saute till transulant add sliced carrots, green pepper,  shredded cabbage and mix. add black pepper salt ajinomotto saute for few secs add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and mix it well,add chapati strips into the veggies and mix well cook for 2-3 mins, stir regularly.. remove from fire serve hot with sauce or Manchurian…
