100GMS PEELI SARSON (Yellow mustard )
20 gms rai (Black mustard )
500 gms raw mango washed peeled and cubed
5-6 hari mirch( Green chilies)chopped
sarson oil 6tbsp(Mustard oil )
heeng(asafeotida) 1/4 tsp
haldi( turmeric) -1 tsp
sugar 1tsp
salt 3tsp
Take mustard seeds rai and heeng in a mixer jar and grind for few seconds . Now add salt,sugar, turmeric, green chilies, raw mango and half mustard oil. grind to make a smooth paste,pour the mixture in a glass jar.top with rest of the oil,keep the jar for 2-3 days in sunlight.
