500 gms Chaulai (washed, chopped)
1/2tsp zeera
1/2 tsp dhania coarsely ground
2 red chilies cut into half's
2 tbsp mustard oil
salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed frying pan in medium flame, add zeera dhania ane chili as they becomes brown after 30 seconds add Chaulai and salt, stir well, fully cover it, lower the flame, cook it for 10-12 minutes, open the cover, cook till the water evaporates with continues stirring saag is ready.
