RUMALI ROTI



1 Cup Wheat flour / Atta       
1 cup Maida / All purpose flour            
2 tbsp refined oil
2 tbsp ghee/ oil
Salt to taste
Mix wheat flour, all purpose flour, oil and salt rub with finger so that everything is mixed properlyadd water and knead it to soft stiff dough, Cover it with damp cloth and keep aside for one hour.Make lemon sized balls out of the dough.roll out o2 balls to round to half size of chapatti apply ghee or oil on one then  sprinkle maida flour over it.and put the orther chapatti over it like sandwiched rotis then again roll as thin as possible using little flour for rolling heat upside down  tawa  on medium flame,cook this rotis on both sides very quickly,remove from fire and immediately separate the two rotis fold each roti like handkerchief serve hot .
