CRISPY GARLIC FISH

CRISPY GARLIC FISH
fish boneless 500gms cut in to bite size pieces
garlic 10 cloves peeled and minced
lemon juice 1tsp
rice flour 4tbsp
black pepper 1/4 tsp
salt and chilli to taste
oil for shallow frying
method
wash fish and marinate with garlic salt chilli and lemon juice for 30 min.....take black pepper little salt and rice mix well,.take fish pieces one by one and roll over the flour properly .shallow fry till golden brown..serve hot with chutney of your choice.........
