ALOO CHUTNEY

TILL WALE ALOO(MY FAVORITE)
10-12 medium-sized potatoes
1/4 cup white sesame seeds (til)
2-3 green chillies (more or less according to taste)
3-4 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp mustard oil
coriander leaves(optional)
1 tsp chili powder
salt according to taste

Instructions
Boil and peel potatoes. Cut 10 potatoes into cubs ,and mash 2 potatoes and mix together. Place the til in a pan and roast the till they are little and crisp. Remove the pan from heat and let the til cool. Then grind the til into a fine powder. Add the til powder, chili powder, salt, lemon juice to the potatoes . Now take green chilies cutting them into long strips. Heat mustard oil in a pan add green chillies saute for few seconds then pour this over potatoes and mix well. If you find it very thick you can add little water along with lemon juice. with coriander leaves and enjoy.
