Nashpati 1 kg oil
hari mirchi 250 gms
musturd oil 100 gms
panchpooran 3 spoons
lemon juice/ vinegar 100 ml
salt accordin to taste

grind nashpati an hari mirchi together in food processor ......heat
musturd oil in a pan add panchpooran spices to it
(zeera,methidana,sarson dana, jwain and saunf) when they crackle add
little haldi salt vinegar/lime juice and nashpati mixture cook till oil
separate and refrigerate up to 6months.
