STUFFED SPINACH CUTLETS


STUFFED SPINACH CUTLETS
palak leaves big ones 10-12(spinach leaves)
i cup grated cheese(paneer)
2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
i tsp black pepper coarsely ground
salt to taste

oil 2-3 tbsp
method
wash and dry palak leaves cut the stem and keep aside. in a bowl mix together both the cheese salt and pepper for filling.now take on leaf of palak place little filling and and bind with the help of toothpick, repeat the same with all leaves. heat oil in a frying pan place rolls and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes keep changing the sides serve hot with chutney or sauce
