PANEER TIKKA


paneer 250 gms cut into big cubes
onion one large cut in to big chunks
capsicum one large cut the same way like onion
corn flour 1tbsp
hung curd 2tbsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
zeera powder 1tsp
awain powder 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste 2tsp
salt to taste
chatmasala 1tsp
method
mix all together and check that paneer and veggies are coated well, put on a skewer roast in tandoor grill or OTG till done sprinkle chaat masaala and serve hot...... or can shallow fry in a pan too.if grill tandoor etc are not awailable
