POTATO LACHHA( tasty and easy)

POTATO LACHHA( tasty and easy)
Potatoes 500 gms
Water 1 ½ ltr
Salt ½ tsp
Vinegar 1tsp
Chaat masala to taste
Oil for frying

Boil water add vinegar and salt and keep aside,Grate potatoes thickly and and add to this water for 5 minute, sieve them and wash with fresh water drain all the water and keep aside, heat oil in a pan and fry them till golden bron and crispy , remove on absorbent paper add chaat masala , or seasoning of your choice.
