EASY GREEN CHILLI PICKLE

Easy green chilly pickle
hari mirchi(green cilli) 250gm
dhania saboot(coriander seeds 2tbsp
methi dana (fenugreek) 1tsp
rai(mustard seeds) 1tsp
heeng 1/2 tsp
haldi( turmeric)1tsp
saunf(fennel seed) 1tsp
citric acid 1tsp or vinegar 2tbsp
salt 1tsp
mustard oil 3tbsp
chop hari mirchi finely keep in a bowl. grind all dry masala to a powder then mis with green chilli , if usin vinegar add vinegar... heat oil in a pand upto smokinh point then pour over the mixture .. mix well and keep in an air tight jar....it will be ready with in two days
