SOYA CHUNK PAKODA

SOYA CHUNK PAKODA
1 cup soya chunks coarsely grounded
2tbsp besan
2tbsp rice flour
1medium size onion choppes
2green chillies chopped
1tsp ginger grated
2tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1tsp saunf( fennel seeds)
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying
in a large bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and make a smooth batter, heat oil in a frying pan put small quantity of batter with the help of spoon and fry till golden brown..remove on kitcken towel to remove extra oil and serve hot with chutney of your choice.........
