MASHED POTATO PAKORAS

MASHED POTATO PAKORAS
4 or 5 medium potatoes boiled n mashed)
Onion 2 medium(finely chopped)
green chilly medium taste 2 finely chopped
Ginger 2 tsp(finely chopped) 1"piece
coriander leaves chopped/ kasuri methi/ any herb of your choice 1tbsp
Besan 1 cup (gram flour)
Rice Flour /corn flour 2 tbsp this gives extra crispiness
Chili Powder 1/2 tsp or to taste
salt to taste
Hing a pinch
zeera(cumin seeds)1 tsp
water as required
oil for frying
method
mix all together except oil sprinkle water on it it should be sticky but not much moist. heat oil in a pan and and drop mixture with the help of spoon and fry til golden brown. take out and place on absorbent paper to remove extra oil. serve with mint chutney..........
