PINEAPPLE PANEER SALAD


1/4 cup of boiled kidney beans (rajma)
1/2 cup cubed paneer (sauteed in a tsp olive or refined oil)
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped cucumber
1 small chopped capsicum
1 seeded and chopped tomato
1 cup chopped pineapple
1/4 cup sprouts of your choice
1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
1tablespoon of honey(optional)
2tbsp lemon juice
2 green chilies chopped well (optional)
salt and pepper to taste. Toss well. You can add any fruit and nuts of your choice
