KACHNAAR PHOOL PAKODA

kachnaar phool ke pakode
20 kachnaar flower petals pollen removed
1tbsp besan
1/4 tsp anardana daana
1/4 tsp salt and chili pwder
oil for shallow frying
wash clean petals add all spices except oil with a very little water so that they just stick to each other, heat pan brush little oil take 2-3 patels at one time sticking together place on pan repeat with all and cook on medium heat change the side apply little oil and cook till crispy.serve hot with chutney............
