LAL MIRCHI KI CHATNEY

LAL MIRCHI KI CHATNEY
20 mild red chillies soaked in boiled water for half an hour
50 gms garlic minced
20 gms ginger minced
3-4 shallots/ one medium size onion chopped roughly
vinegar /lime juice 4 tbsp
gur( jaggery) half inch piece
sesame oil 2tbsp
salt to taste
........ drain red chillies and coarsely grind them . heat oil in a pan add garlic saute till light brown add ginger saute for 2 min, add onion saute till translucent then add chilli paste along with lime juice salt and gur add little water and cook till oil separates. keep in airtight jar on cooling......
