BAINGAN KI TIKKI

BAINGAN (eggplant) KI TIKKI
2 baingan large
1/4 cup maida( all purpose flour)
1/4 tsp black pepper
a pinch of heeng
1/2 cup
bread crumbs
1tsp salt
oil for frying
peal and cut baingan into thick round and soak them in to 1/2tsp mixed salted water for an hour.,make a flowing consistency batter with maida salt heeng and pepper, drain excess water from slice then dip them in batter one by one and roll over the breadcrumbs, fry till golden brown and serve hot with chutney or sauce..... YUMMY.......
