CHAI MASALA

Chai masala
100gms sauntth(dry ginger)
50gms daalchini(cinnamon)
20gms each, chhoti ilaychi, laung, azwain( cardamom, cloves, carom seeds)
10gms kali mirchi(black pepper
1piece of jaifal (nutmeg)

Powder them together and keep in airtight jar ...and use 1/4 tsp in 2 cups of tea..
