KADOO PAKODA FOR VRAT
i cup kadoo finely (like onion for tadka)
1 cup boiled potatoes mashes
1/4 cup singhare ka atta
1/4 cup kuttu ka atta
2 green chillies chopped
rock salt and black pepper as required
oil for frying
mix all together except oil make a medium to hard batter , heat oil in a pan drop a spoonful in oil at once and fry till golden brown. remove on paper napkin to remove excess oil. serve with curd .........
