POTATO MUNCHURIAN WITH GRAVY



500 gms Baby potatoes  
oil for deep frying and gravy
2tbsp soya sauce
1tsp chilli sauce
1tbsp tomato sauce
4tbscorn flour
1tsp pepper powder
½ tsp ajinomotto optional
salt taste
6 cloves garlic mashed
1 medium onion chopped
half cup chopped vegetables( cabbage carrot, capsicum


Boil and peel the potatoes, in a plate sieve together 21/2 tbsp corn flour and ½ tsp black pepper roll potatoes over the mixture then deep fry them in hot oil drain and keep aside.
  mix all sauces and rest of the corn flour together  in 2 cups of  water season with salt and pepper, then heat 1 tbsp oil 
in another pan add  garlic sauté for 30 sec add onion sauté for a while add veggies add ajinomotto  cook for 2-3 minutes keep steering in between then add  sauce mixture and  fried potatoes and cook till the sauce thickens and coats the potatoes well.serve hot with noodles or fried rice
