MOMOS





for dough
250 gms refined flour
1tbsp refined oil
1/2 tsp salt

water as required
for filling
125 gms minced chicken or mutton
2medium onions chopped finely
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
5-6 cloves garlic crushed
1tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1-2 green chilies chopped
1/2 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste

For the Vegetarian Filling

½ cup soya granuals soaked in warm water for 10 minutes then squeezed
½ grated cabbage and carrots
1medium onion chopped
5-6 garlic cloves mashed
2 green chilies chopped
1tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1/2 tsp soya sauce
½ tsp black pepper pwd
Salt  to taste
in a bowl mix all the ingredients of filling as you like and keep aside ,mix flour oil  and salt together rub with fingers then add water and make a firm dough,cover and keep aside for 20-30 mins, roll the dough make thin chapattis, place some filling in the center, seal the edges and give the shape you like, grease the steamer place momos and steam for 15 minutes, then serve hot with hot garlic chili sauce..
