DRY CHUTNEY

DRY CHUTNEY
20 gms til(sesame seeds)
50 gms moongphali dana(peanuts)
20 gms alsi(flax seeds)
20 ms dry coconut
8 -10 garlic cloves
imli without seeds lemon size(tamarind)
4 medium whole red chilies
salt to taste
method
roast till,peanut,alsi, coconut and red chilies separately, add tamarind while they are still hot , on cooling grind together with garlic and salt.......and serve as side dish with anything.......roti, rice snacks.....
