BESAN ALOO BHUJIA
Besan Flour – 2 cup
Large Potato (boiled and mashed)
2tbsp Oil (for dough)
1 tsp Red Chillies
1-2 tbsp Salt as per taste
Water as needed - Cumin Powder
1tsp Dry Mango Powder
i tsp Pudina Powder (For a mint flavour)
Oil for deep frying –
In a bowl, add besan flour, red chilli powder, potato, pudina powder, salt, dry mango powder, cumin powder, oil and mix well.
Then add water as needed (careful,needs very less) and mix well, form a hard dough apply some oil on your hand, break of a big ball sized piece form the dough the roll it length wise.Put this rolled dough in the sev machine Heat the oil in a pan on medium flame and put sev in the hot oil.
Fry it till they turns little golden brown and crisp.Break it roughly into pieces and allow to cool. store in airtigth jar.
