KAJJU KATLI


kaju 250 gms (cashew nuts)
sugar 125 gms
1/4tsp rose water
water 5tbsp
pure ghee 1 tbsp
method
grind kaju to a powder, heat water add sugar when sugar melts add rose water and kaju powder and cook on low heat for 7-8 min till it becomes hard keep steering in between remove from fire place on plate add ghee knead well on little cooling with hands now place between two butter papers and roll out thinly .cut in to diamond shape with sharp knife on cooling
