CORN PAPAD


makki ka atta 1 cup(maiz flour)
gehun ka aatta 1/2 cup(wheat flour)
carom seeds 1tsp
baking soda 1/4 tsp
1tbsp refined oil for the dough
salt to taste
oil for frying
mix wel both the atta with one tbsp oil ajwain , soda and salt, make a sommth dough with the help of water keep aside for 15 min. now make asmall balls roll out in a thin chapati using loose flour then prick the chapati with the lep of fork at many places , make all chapati's of the gough same way heat tawa and cook chapati's on both sides for few second then cut them in to small pieces and fry till light brown, keep in an airtight jar on cooling and serve with salsa chautney or sauce of your choice.....
