PALAK RAITA


palak 200gms
curd 400 gms
2-3 whole green chilies
1tspsp zeers roasted
black salt to taste
wash palak thoroughly and chop finely then boil in salted water for 5 mins and drain the excess water, make powder of zeera salt and green chilies then mix all ingredients with curd whisk them properly..serve chilled with vrat ka prantha.............
