BABY POTATOES FRIED WITH CURD DIP
baby potatoes 500 gms
mixed herbs/ or of choice 1 tsp
salt i tsp
oil for frying
FOR CUR DIP
1 cup hung curd
1 green chilli
2 cloves garlic
one tsp sugar
a small bunch of coriandar leaves
2 tablespoons salad oil
salt according to taste
( Blend first six ingredients with a blender till smooth and creamy except salt. Transfer to the serving bowl add salt when serving.)

wash baby potatoes thoroughly and prick them all with the help of fork, boil 4 cups of water add salt mix well add herbs and potatoes and let then rest for half an hour. take them out and fry till crispy and serve hot with curd dip.
